Dr. Gohal started her career in management consulting, designing leadership development programs, workshops, offsites and corporate wide programs (i.e. coaching, mentoring, new leader onboarding etc.) a wide range of companies and organizations. She has developed specific leadership training programs to include programs focused on resilience, unconscious bias, human and adult development. Her consulting approach integrates both organization and human development – with the intent to mature both the individual and the system.
