Dr. Gohal started her career in management consulting for Federal and commercial clients designing and scaling leadership programs, offsites and corporate wide learning (i.e. coaching, team coaching, Exec peer coaching, mentoring, leadership onboarding, leadership immersions, flagship, high-potentials etc.). She has also managed portfolios of various programs as an internal leader collaborating cross-functionally within Human Resources, across Business and Executive Leaders. She has designed leadership training programs to include remaining agile, leadership resilience, unconscious bias, human and adult development. Her consulting approach integrates both organization and human development – with the intent to mature both the individual and the system.
