Coaching Hidden Dimensions in Coaching
During the level 1 session a coach will be introduced to basic concepts of the shadow and how this form of inquiry can support powerful questions and presence in coaching. Shadow inquiry is not therapy and when engaged with consciousness can help anchor past patterns for present to future transformation.
Level 2
Vertical Development and Coaching Hidden Dimensions
During the level 2 session a coach will be introduced to shadow inquiry overlaid with adult development specifically to understand the shadow of each stage and inquiry toward holding differentiation, integration and wholeness.
The key areas that will be addressed are:
- Shadow inquiry readiness
- Stages of Development & the Shadow Side
- Anchoring & Inquiry
