Shadow work without spiritual principles of love, compassion and mercy can be destructive. Spirituality without integrating the shadow is a blissful bypass which is also destructive. The two dance together in an interweave of wholeness. This program uses inter-disciplinary frameworks as guides to developing coaching questions. The program honors all epistemologies from western evidenced based methods, to listening to one’s inner knowing, intuition and indigenous practices. This work is not instant pudding.
