Client Eligibility and Responsibility

Engagement, Fees & Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and deliverables will be specified in a proposal, invoice, or engagement letter. Payment is due according to the terms specified. Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client’s Commitment & Assumption of Risk
The outcome of coaching depends on your commitment, honesty, and participation. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and results from the coaching process.
Disclaimers & No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Any testimonials or examples are not promises of what you will achieve.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services related to the claim. In some jurisdictions, these limitations may not apply.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. You remain responsible for payment of Services delivered through the termination date. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
