Lori Zukin, PhD, PCC

Lori’s approach is action-oriented and self-reflective, she focuses on developing leaders and their team’s effectiveness.

As CEO and Founder of Zukin Leadership, Lori supports clients in developing themselves and their teams, boosting team effectiveness, helping teams align and drive toward action, and designing and facilitating flagship leadership development programs. Her client base is broad, covering sectors ranging from technology, finance, and consulting to healthcare and sports. Across the various roles she plays—including executive and team coach, facilitator, consultant, and trusted advisor— Lori’s approach is both reflective and action-oriented. She helps leaders to slow down and deeply connect with what matters most, and then to build on their insights to courageously take action and drive toward results.

Working primarily with C-suite executives, Lori draws on her experience as an executive—leading a team, delivering to clients, building the business, and developing others. Prior to founding Zukin Leadership, Lori was a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she oversaw the firm’s leadership development services. In that role, she led a team of over 90 Human Capital experts who served federal government and commercial clients.

An experienced coach and coaching instructor, Lori is a faculty member at Georgetown University and has served as senior faculty in the Corentus Team Coaching Certificate Program. Previously, she coached leaders in the Bush-Clinton Presidential Leadership Scholars Program and the Schusterman Fellowship Program.
