Adam’s coaching focuses on helping leaders think, relate, and act more effectively in complex, high stakes environments. Adam works with senior leaders, executives, and teams across government, defense, and professional services, with a particular emphasis on large, matrixed organizations where complexity, accountability, and mission pressure intersect. He supports leaders in building self awareness, relational skill, and practical leadership judgment that translate directly into better decisions, stronger teams, and sustained performance. Adam is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) through the International Coaching Federation and has trained, coached, and facilitated leaders at scale across federal agencies, universities, and private sector organizations.

His coaching integrates emotional intelligence, adult development, and systems thinking, with a strong focus on how leaders show up under pressure. He helps leaders strengthen executive presence, navigate conflict, build trust, and lead through ambiguity without defaulting to control, avoidance, or overwork. Grounded, practical, and human, his approach blends research, lived leadership experience, and real-world application. Adam designed leadership programs for U.S. Army, Department of Energy, Department of Commerce, NASA, and the National Nuclear Security Administration. In addition to his coaching practice, Adam teaches at George Mason University and the University of Michgian in facilitation and coaching, helping emerging leaders develop their identity, presence, and skill as facilitators of meaningful conversations.

Adam holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan and has extensive training in leadership development, coaching supervision, facilitation, and assessment-based feedback, including 360-degree instruments.
