Dr. Aman Gohal, PhD, MCC, is among the top 4% of coaches worldwide to earn the prestigious Master Certified Coach credential. She co-leads the Coach Mastery Training program with Dr. Barrhonda White, MCC: an advanced, seven-month immersion designed for experienced coaches pursuing true mastery.
Aman is also a faculty member with Global Leadership Associates, one of the world’s foremost authorities in Adult Development. As demonstrated in her bio, she works with both leaders and coaches on how to navigate complexity, grow vertical capacity, and elevate leadership effectiveness using globally recognized developmental frameworks.
Previously, Dr. Gohal served on the faculty of Georgetown University’s Executive Coaching Program, where she taught Human & Adult Development, mentored emerging coaches, led cohorts, and ultimately served as Program Director.
